Definitely mega useful for SEO, I’ve been doing it manually so far. I’m seconding the vote for allowing HTML, I would like to add links.

Woops, that comment of my was supposed to read “allow for image tags” I guess the comment box stripped out the html. Sorry if it was confusing.

Great plugin Bryan! One question I have is if you have any plans to allow for tags in the description. Could be quite useful for sites that wanted to include an image thumbnail with the tag page.

I am using your tag description plugin, to dynamically generate the meta descriptions for my tag pages (see source here: http://www.holymac.com.au/news/wolfmother). I’m not sure if there’s any other way to do that (???) but this method works.
