@Wayne, one thing I would be careful about is if you have a Cache plugin, this will simply cache the old version. You’re on the right track, just make sure you’re pulling out the tag line

Ok – custom image header. Everyone is saying it’s easy, but I’ve spent three months trying to figure it out. I came up with an acceptable fix, but it bugs me to no end that it’s not quite what I want in my header. HOW do I put a custom image into the header.php file for this theme???

The first tab seems to display the most recent post too, even when a completely other category is called. I use the pro version. Do you have a fix for this.
The interesting is that when I fiddle around with the slider the extra post(s) will be gone.

Bryan, I think the footer does not link to your site for the latest WordPress version. Am I correct? I want to verify because the footer credit seems to have disappeared from my blog and I’m not sure if I have messed things up or if it is the new WordPress version to blame.
