I've noticed that Bing and Yahoo are both much better at ranking my content rich celebrity fansites higher than all the cookie cutter celeb mega sites that have a lockdown on googles rankings. In terms of the searcher they would much rather find a full feature site on a topic then an empty shell on a subject that only ranked high due to PR and tons of backlinks, Google is going downhill and forgetting to check the content of some of their top ranking sites.

i am using both Bing and Google a nd i think both search engines give relevant search results. i would still prefer Google though, because it gives a little bit more relevant search results than Bing.
